By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.



All prices are in New Zealand dollars.


We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable. When making substitutions we will try to inform the customer but will not wait for a response, as this could delay the order from being delivered on the requested date.
Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral arrangement. Choosing the right flowers is very important to the Amy’s Flowers team and we will pay close attention to design elements (such as size, style, colour and balance) when making a substitution. When a substitution is necessary, similarly shaped flowers will be used. If we are out of a particular decorative element such as a vase, basket, or ceramic container, a similar one of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Portable Vases

For all deliveries to the Waikato hospital and overnight courier service areas all flowers must go into a portable vase (Either a vox box or a posy bag). This is essential as the hospital does not provide vases for patients, and for an overnight service the flowers must be in water at all times. Ideally a portable vase is purchased at the time of choosing your flowers. In the case that one is not purchased your florist will need to take the value of the portable vase ($9) out of the flower value.


If you choose to cancel your order we offer a full refund back to your credit card less a $10.00 administration fee. We are unable to offer a refund of an order on the day of dispatch as your order will have been processed. (This applies to all orders, whether placed on the website or otherwise.)

Flower Quality and Style

In the case that you are unhappy with the arrangement of flowers you have purchased, you must contact Amy's Flowers within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement. We require a photo of the entire arrangement to be emailed to [email protected] for management review.

In the case that your flowers did not last the length of our 5 day freshness guarantee, we require a photo of the entire arrangement emailed to [email protected] for management review. Your complaint must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your flowers.


In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with us within 24 hours). If you have provided an incorrect delivery address we are willing to arrange your order to be re-delivered at your expense. We are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. As our customer, it is your responsibility to coordinate an appropriate delivery date and time. Your order will be left at the address in the safest place possible if recipient is not present. The only exception to this is when a driver is unable to get to the front door because of a gate or other restriction which prevents the driver from leaving the order in a safe place. If this is the case the flowers will be brought back to our store and will incur a second delivery fee to try again.
If you select the incorrect delivery charge when using our checkout to avoid delay with your order we reserve the right to charge your account the additional amount without confirmation.


We do not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (for example, when you contact us via email). We only use such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard etc. in order to process your order.


We have used tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our website and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than our gateway company Payment Express.

Returns Policy

Amy’s Flowers is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Amy’s Flowers gift it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference.
Return the unwanted gift to our store at 24 Lincoln Street Hamilton within one week of purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with an explanation for your return.
Please note - Floral gifts are perishable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
