Do you email me a photo?

Yes — we take a photo of every order before it leaves our studio. You’ll receive the photo by email once your flowers are made and ready for delivery. This gives you peace of mind knowing exactly what was sent.

What time will my order arrive?

Hamilton deliveries are usually completed in the morning or early afternoon. Out-of-town deliveries often arrive later in the day depending on courier schedules.

For deliveries in Hamilton we do have a skip the que option. For a fee we will make your order our top priority and send it out for delivery within three hours of ordering.
